Processing Time:
There is a 1-4 business day processing time depending on the complexity of the ring order. Each ring is made to order for you. We do our best to get every order out as soon as possible, as we do realize how important it is to you.

Shipping:
FREE US standard shipping takes 2-7 business days for delivery after the ring is shipped. Canadian shipping via standard USPS is $22.99 and everywhere else around the world is $25.99 via standard USPS. Please note that these shipping charges reflect the recent raise in postage cost for international shipping. If expedited shipping options are desired or needed, please contact us and we would be happy to help you get your ring sooner. Please review our shop listing for other shipping options & costs.
Please note that we reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any package we ship.

(Size) Exchanges:
We offer a free exchange or size exchange on your item(s) within 30 days of receipt. We do ask that you pay the shipping & handling of $11.50 to get your new ring back. International exchanges are $25.99 for standard Global shipping.

In your return, please include your original invoice or order number along with a note stating the reason for the return and payment for return shipping. Payments can also be made to our PayPal account by going to this website: PayPal.Me/info@rjewelry.net. We'll be sure to notify you once your return has been received.

Refunds:
We offer a refund within 30 days of receipt on any unworn items. There is a small restocking fee of 15% for custom items.
